People want to make the LGBTQ-plus community out to be the enemy, but only twenty percent of LGBTQ-plus people are sex offenders. And seventy two percent are straight white men. People also want to make sexual assault an Immigrant issue. When sexual assaults that are committed are mostly by white straight men. Sexual assault offenders by race are 57.5% white, 16.1% African American, 12.1% Native American, 11.8% Hispanic, and 2.5% of other races. A Hispanic person is more likely to be sexually assaulted than be an offender. Ninety three percent of sexual offenders for both adults and children are men. Ninety three percent of child sexual offenders say they are religious. Stop trying to make people enemies who are not hurting anyone. And I am deeply sorry to anyone who has experienced any form of sexual assault. And I know it may not help but it was not your fault. It was not what you were wearing or where you were, and you did not lead anyone on. Being older and someone is underage means no. Not being able to respond means no. No thank you still means no. Stop means no. NO MEANS NO!!! Sad we live in a world where that has to be explained.
